This document serves as an invitation for submissions for a Closed Bid on lawn equipment. The Township has determined that it no longer requires this equipment, as all lawn maintenance services are now contracted to a third party. Please note that all equipment will be sold as-is. Interested parties are encouraged to visit the Cemetery Maintenance Building on May 30 between 1 PM and 4 PM to inspect the equipment.

Pictures and minimum bids for each item have been provided, and the items are numbered accordingly.

Bids must include the following contact information: name, telephone number, and address. Additionally, please write the number of the item you are interested in bidding on the submitted paper. All bids should be placed in a sealed envelope and submitted to one of the following locations:

– Township Hall at 7161 72nd Ave, Hudsonville, MI 49426

– Cemetery Building at 5252 Tyler St, Hudsonville, MI 49426

All bids must be received by 4 PM on May 30, 2025. Unfortunately, late submissions cannot be considered. Kindly ensure that the envelope is clearly marked with “Lawn Equipment Closed Bid.”
